Last week, we were studying about safety. We embarked on the adventure of making graham cracker stop lights with M&Ms, frosting, and graham crackers. The kids really enjoy baking projects so we see lots of them in the future!

Writing Time

We are officially on our way to becoming authors!! The children were hard at work during Writer's Workshop today. They are focusing on writing true stories from their lives through pictures and illustrations.

Back to School

Here are some snapshots of today's Center (PDR) time!! We introduced this today for the first time in Room 104 and the children did a great job!!

Welcome Back!!

Welcome to Kindergarten at Prescott!! We hope you find this blog helpful to see what Kindergarten has to offer for your child! We have five teachers on our team: Mrs. Brinkmeyer, Miss Barth, Mrs. Frank, Mrs. Stephens, and Miss Nickolaus. Today was the officially day back for teachers, but we have been busy meeting all of you these last couple of weeks during our family meetings! Our rooms are ready, the only thing we are missing are the kids! We hope you enjoy the adventure!!
